The following document is our step-by-step guide to Airbridge's Audience Manager and the forwarding of audiences to Remerge. Clients may build, download, and share customized privacy-compliant user lists with Remerge. The lists segment users based on conditions such as device type, app activity, and more. Please review the below instructions, and in case of any questions, reach out to your Remerge Account Manager.
1. Build your Audience
- Log in to your Airbridge account.
- Go to the left-hand corner of the dashboard's navigation menu and click Audience. You should find yourself on the Audience tab.
- Click + Create an audience.
- Define your audience according to your Airbridge Account Manager's instructions as follows:
- Go to the Definition and click + performed Event or + didn't perform Event.
- Select an event to filter our users who have/have not performed the event.
- Click + had property if you wish to add conditions to your event.
- Upon completion, click the Next button on the bottom right-hand corner of the dashboard.
- Go to Format, select the Save audience option, and enter your audience name.
- Upon completion, click the Save button on the bottom right-hand corner of the dashboard.
- You should find your newly created audience under Audience > Audience Manager > Audience tab.
2. Obtain Access
- Reach out to your Remerge Account Manager to obtain login credentials to our Amazon S3 Bucket, as per the below example:
- Access Key ID: PLKR6XORH5XQRXYSLZ1B
- Path: remerge-customers/remerge-abcd12
- Secret Access Key: 23R52F5678NDFT4L44G23R52M9086NDUT4M44N
3. Create a Connection with Remerge
- Go to Audience > Audience Manager > Connection tab.
- Click Create a connection.

Click the Remerge option from the Select ad channel menu.
- Under Enter connection details for Remerge, enter the Connection Name and Credentials you previously obtained from your Remerge Account Manager (i.e., the login credentials mentioned in Step N.2 of this guide, Obtain Access).
- Upon completion, click the Submit button on the bottom right-hand corner of the dashboard. You have now successfully established a connection with Remerge.
4. Forward your Audience to Remerge
- Go to Audience > Audience Manager > Audience tab.
- Click Add connection.
- Select Remerge from the Ad channel drop-down menu.

The below step (and screenshot) can vary between integrations and will only appear if you do not follow Step N.3 of this guide (Create a Connection with Remerge). Otherwise, please continue to the next step.
- Go to Configure sending details and enter the data discussed with your Remerge Account Manager.
- Upon completion, click the Done button on the bottom right-hand corner of the dashboard.
- Go to the Connections tab to confirm that connection's addition to the list. The connection status will change from Waiting to Success upon the first forwarding of an audience to Remerge. Please note: the status update is subject to a potential 30-minute delay.

5. Confirm Setup
- Contact your Remerge Account Manager to confirm process completion and enable testing.
