Below is our step-by-step guide to event forwarding from Kochava to Remerge. In case of any questions, please reach out to your Remerge Account Manager.
1. Locate your App
- Log in to your Kochava Account and click All Apps in the upper left-hand corner of the dashboard's navigation menu.
- Locate your app by typing it in the search bar.
- Scroll down to find your app, and select Partner Configuration from the dotted drop-down menu to the right of your app name.
2. Locate & Activate Remerge
- Click the Add a Configuration button on the upper right-hand corner of the page.
You should find yourself on the New Configuration page.
- Find Remerge by typing it in the MEDIA PARTNER search field and selecting it from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Go button on the lower right-hand corner of the page.
3. Configure Event Forwarding
- Select the Postbacks setting from the dotted drop-down menu.
- The following example offers a top-level overview of your previously configured postbacks and their status (you may configure as many events as you wish to forward to Remerge).
- You may also edit your postbacks. Click the dotted drop-down menu to the right of the postback in question (in our specific example, Install) and select the Edit option.
- You should be able to view the configuration setting of the selected postback (in our specific example, Install).
- Enter and/or select the relevant information as per the below instructions.
- Go to the APP ID field and enter the information corresponding to your platform.
- iOS - App Store ID, consisting of numeric values only (for example, 1110600998).

Android - PlayStore Package Name (for example, com.ios.riseofthekings)
- The DELIVERY DELAY, RETRY ATTEMPTS, and DELIVERY METHOD fields should be set to the dashboard's default option and, thus, do not require any action from your end.
- Upon completion, click the Save button, at the bottom of the page.
- Go to the APP ID field and enter the information corresponding to your platform.
- Repeat the above flow for all the postbacks you would like to forward to Remerge.
4. Confirm Setup
- Reach out to your Remerge Account Manager to confirm the arrival of events.
