The following document is our step-by-step guide to event forwarding from Adjust to Remerge. In case of any questions, please reach out to your Remerge Account Manager.
1. Locate your App
- Log in to your Adjust account.
- Go to the upper left-hand corner of the Adjust dashboard and click on MENU (three bars) > Apps.
- Select your app.
2. Activate Remerge
- Click on the drop-down arrow.
- Go to SET UP YOUR APP > Partner Setup.
- Scroll down and click on the ADD PARTNERS button.
- Go to Add Partner and find Remerge by typing its name in the search field.
- Click on the + sign to the right of NETWORK.
3. Configure Event Forwarding
- Toggle ON all of the options (except for Attributed Only).
Click on the SAVE button located at the bottom of the page.
- Go to Event Linking and click on the arrow.
- Click on FILL ALL WITH EVENT NAMES (you may enter your values manually. Please note: An empty field is equivalent to not sending the said event to Remerge).
- If you have already implemented the uninstall and reinstall events, you may add them to the list of events sent to Remerge. For further information, please visit Adjust's Tracking App Uninstalls page.
Click on the OK button located at the bottom of the page.
- Toggle ON In-App Revenue Forwarding.
- Click on the SAVE button located at the bottom of the page.
4. Confirm Setup
- Reach out to your Remerge Account Manager to confirm the arrival of events.
