The following is a step-by-step guide to granting portal access and permissions to Remerge to share Adjust's data on Remerge's campaigns. Please review the below instructions, and in case of any questions, reach out to your Remerge Account Manager.
1. Create your Remerge User
- Log in to your New Adjust Suite account.
- Go to the middle section of the Adjust dashboard, scroll down, and select Account settings > + New user.
- Go to Feature permissions and click the box next to Ad spend data and In-app revenue data to give your Remerge representative full access to your data.
- Type the user's First and Last names in their respective fields.
- Enter support@remerge.io in its respective field.
- Select the user's Language preference from its corresponding drop-down menu.
- Go to the Role field and select one of the available roles Admin|Editor|Reader
- Upon completion, click the Create new user button on the bottom right-hand corner of the dashboard.

Important: If you choose Custom, you must specify access level for each of your apps and/or links as described in the next section.
2. Configure Custom User Permissions
- Locate your user by typing its name in the search bar.
- Go to the right-hand corner of the dashboard and click Edit permissions > Custom.
- Locate your app by typing its name in the search bar.
- Set the app-level user role to Custom.
- Go to the right-hand corner of the dashboard and click Configure partners & links.
- From the Links tab Enable the tracking links you wish to provide data access for.
- Go to the Partners tab, where you may Enable access only to certain partners' data.
- Upon completion, click the Save button on the bottom right-hand corner of the dashboard (repeat this step twice).
- Below is your newly successfully created Remerge Custom User, who you may locate by typing its name in the search bar (you may adjust the settings and permissions upon necessity by clicking the icons under Actions and repeating the above-listed steps).
