Below is our step-by-step guide to activation of event forwarding from IGAWorks: Adbrix Original to Remerge. In case of any questions, please reach out to your Remerge Account Manager.
1. Locate your App
- You should find your app in the search field, located at the top of the page, next to the Menu, as displayed below:
2. Locate & Activate Remerge
- Log in to your IGAWorks: Adbrix Original Account, and go to Analytics & Attribution > adbrix Channel-tracking, located on the upper left-hand corner of the main page.
- Go to App analytics & Channel Tracking, located on the upper left-hand corner of the navigation menu and click Media Settings.
- Find Remerge by going to the Filter section and entering it in the Search Channel search field, as displayed below:
- A list of integrated partners (networks) will appear under the Channel section. Click Setting, located to the right of the Remerge logo in order to open our configuration window.
3. Configure Event Forwarding
Adbrix Original's configuration window consists of three tabs: Overview, Attribution Setting, and Postback Setting.
- Click the Postback Setting tab.
- Click the Postback Setting button, located below the Postback Setting tab.
The Postback Setting tab is divided into Install Postback and Event Postback sections:
Install Postback
- Check the Install Postback box to initiate install postback forwarding and ensure the following:
- ALWAYS select the All (All conversions regardless of channels) option.
- Select all install postback Type options (New Install, Re-Install, and Re-Open).
Event Postback
- Check the Event Postback box to initiate event postback forwarding and ensure the following:
- ALWAYS select the All (All conversions regardless of channels) option.
- Select all event postback Type options (New Install and Re-Engagement).
- Select all the events (e.g.,login_complete, add_to_cart, and purchase) you would like to send Remerge.
- Refrain from selecting the First Activity under Event Type.
- Click the Save button once you have selected your event forwarding options.
4. Confirm Setup
- Reach out to your Remerge Account Manager to confirm the arrival of events and provide a screenshot of your final settings.
