Remerge Reports is an advanced client reporting tool, that offers instant, real-time insight into a wide range of campaign performance data.
The displayed data pertain to Remerge's self-attributed activity ONLY. To support you with an especially user-friendly implementation, we have split this guide into three parts: Filters & Splits, Metrics, and Unique Features.
Filters & Splits
Filter
The Filter command enables you to limit the data to a certain dimension.
- Click on the requested dimension (in our example, Campaign). A pop-up window displaying the commands will appear to the right of the dimension.
- Click on the Filter command.
- Find a pop-up window displaying the various campaigns in the corresponding FILTER row.
- Type your campaign in the search bar or select it from the drop-down menu, and click on the OK button, located at the bottom of the window.
- Alternatively, utilize the drag-and-drop method.
Split +
The Split + command enables you to break down your dataset into various campaign elements.
- Click on the requested dimension. A pop-up window displaying the commands will appear to the right of the dimension.
- Click on the Split + command.
- Find the (Campaign) dimension in the corresponding SPLIT row.
- Alternatively, utilize the drag-and-drop method.
Metrics
Add
The Add command enables you to analyze a certain campaign measure.
- Click on the requested measure (in our example, Cost). A pop-up window displaying the commands will appear to the right of the selected measure.
- Click on the Add command.
- Find the (Cost) measure in the corresponding METRIC row.
- Alternatively, utilize the drag-and-drop method.
Unique Features
Targeted Search
The + sign to the right of the FILTER, SPLIT, and METRIC rows offers an alternative method of searching and locating a particular campaign dimension.
- Go to the right-hand corner of the row in question and click on its corresponding + sign, which will open a pop-up window displaying the various campaign dimensions. Select the requested campaign dimension by clicking on it.
Quick Search
Utilize the PINBOARD feature for even faster access to a particular campaign dimension.
- Go to the right-hand corner of the dashboard, and click on the arrow sign located to the right of the Totals tab. A pop-up window displaying the PINBOARD will appear.
- Go to the FILTER/SPLITS menu, click on the requested campaign dimension (in our example, Country), and drag it to the PINBOARD. All of the data associated with said dimension (Country) will appear on the PINBOARD.
- Select the requested dimension (Country) by clicking on it, which will display the dimension in question and its corresponding campaign data in the FILTER row.
Timeframes
The Time dimension offers several options to set a start and end date (and is by default found in the FILTER row, upon account login).
Relative
The Relative feature enables you to view a time range between an earlier date and a date that is relative to the present day.
- Click on the Time dimension and select the Relative feature.
- Select your timeframe by clicking on the corresponding option (in our example, PREVIOUS DAY), and click on the OK button, located at the bottom of the window.
- Final result:
Fixed
The Fixed feature enables viewing data within a set date range of your choice.
- Click on the Time dimension and select the Fixed feature.
- Select your start and end date (in our example, 02.03.2020-19.03.2020), and click on the OK button, located at the bottom of the window.
- Final result:
Time Shift
The Time Shift feature enables a time-based comparison between corresponding timeframes. The result is displayed in percent form.
- Click on the Time dimension, found by default in the FILTER row.
- Go to the TIME SHIFT row, select the corresponding option (in our example, MONTH), and click on the OK button, located at the bottom of the window.
- The displayed result provides a performance comparison between two identical timeframes, one month apart.
Granularity
The Granularity feature enables you to monitor progress over time and within different levels of time granularity.
- Add the Time dimension to the SPLIT row.
- Click on the added Time dimension, select your GRANULARITY level (in our example, 1 HOUR), and click on the OK button, located at the bottom of the window.
- Final result:
Report Download
- Click on the three-doted Sharing icon, located at the right-hand corner of the navigation menu, and select your preferred Export option (CSV/TSV).
Timezone
- Your report is set to the ETC/UTC timezone by default. Click on the ETC/UTC icon and alter the timezone by selecting your preferred option from the TIMEZONE drop-down menu.
Data Visualization
- Obtain top-level data by clicking on the Totals tab, located at the right-hand corner of the navigation menu.
- For other forms of data representation, click on the Totals tab, and select your preferred option (ensure to add the Time dimension to the SPLIT row prior to utilizing Line Chart). The below examples display the Line Chart and Table options.
