The following is a step-by-step guide to granting portal access and permissions to share Branch's data on the Remerge campaigns. In case of any questions, please reach out to your Remerge Account Manager.
1. Locate your App
- Log in to your Branch account.
- Select your app.
- Go to the left-hand corner of the dashboard and click Account Settings.
2. Configure Remerge as an Agency
- Go to Account Settings > Agencies.
- Click Add New Agency.
3. Grant Access & Permissions
- Go to the Agency Name field and select Remerge from the drop-down menu.
- Go to the Access Level field and select Custom from the drop-down menu.
- Define Permissions by ticking the corresponding boxes.
- Define the Data Filters by ticking the corresponding boxes (we recommend NOT TOGGLING the Restricts access to revenue data box).
- Upon completion, click Invite.
Please note: Clicking the Invite button initiates an automated email sent to a Remerge admin with an email confirmation request. Confirmation of said email provides Remerge employees with visibility to shared data.
Cost Data Integration
- Click Ad Partners in the left-hand menu of the dashboard. Locate Remerge and select the COST DATA setting from the tab menu of the network settings.
- You should find yourself on the Setup Authentication page, which you may utilize to collect your campaign cost data from Remerge Reporting API.
- Go to the EMAIL field where you enter your email used to access your Remerge Reports and pull reporting data via the Remerge Reporting API. If you don't have the access yet, please contact your Account Manager to create a Remerge user account for you.
- Enter your password in the PASSWORD field.
- Click Save Authentication button to enable the cost data.
