Android & iOS Tracking Link Generation

Remerge utilizes the Singular Android and iOS click network tracker to achieve the following goals:

• Ensure the most optimal user experience.
• Notify Singular of a user click driven by a Remerge ad.

Below is our guide to generating Android and iOS tracking links with Singular to accommodate both the Retargeting and User Acquisition campaign strategies. Please follow the instructions that correspond with your respective campaign strategy. In case of any questions, reach out to your Remerge Account Manager.

Please note:

• Unless stated otherwise, the below instructions apply to both campaigns (Retargeting/User Acquisition).
• Retargeting and User Acquisition campaign strategies utilize the same tracker.
• The attribution windows for each campaign strategy are enabled separately. However, we need you to employ the same attribution window.

Retargeting Campaign Prerequisites: Meet Singular's Android and iOS prerequisites for deep linking and adhere to the steps in the below guide.

1. Build your Remerge Tracking Link

• Log in to your Singular account.
• Go to the left-hand corner of the dashboard and click ATTRIBUTION > Manage Links.
  
  
  
  
• Go to the top left-hand corner of the page and select your app by typing its name in the search bar.
• Go to the right-hand corner of the page, and click the Create Link button. 
  
  
  
  
• Repeat each of the below steps per platform (i.e., enter only Android OR iOS-specific information at a time).
  
  
  • Retargeting Campaign:
    
    
    • Deep Linking: 
      
      • Enter your Deep Link.
      • Enter a Deferred Deep Link that is identical to your Deep Link.
      • Enter a Fallback option - Google Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS).
        
        
    • Attribution Settings:
      
      • Toggle ON the Enable re-engagement tracking option.
        
        
  • Retargeting & User Acquisition Campaigns:
     
    • Attribution Windows - Keep the inherited option.
      
      
      

2. Generate your Remerge Tracking Link 

• Click the Generate button, at the bottom of the page.
  
  
  
  
• Find the newly created tracking link under Manage Link Domains > App > Partner Links. You may click your tracking link and edit it upon need. Upon completion, click the Update button, at the bottom of the page. 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Copy your tracking link by clicking the Copy button.

3.  Share your Tracking Link with Remerge

Upon completion of the above steps, provide your Remerge Account Manager with the following:

• Click Tracking Link.
• Impression Tracking Link (upon availability) - Singular supports the View-Through-Attribution method, thus enabling you to track impressions with Remerge. You may update the attribution window (0-24 hour timeframe) settings directly from the partner configuration UI of your account.
